Our realtor Dee, is very knowledgeable about what she does. She didn't try to simply push properties on us, she made sure it was what we wanted. Not only did she help us find properties, but she also helped us avoid making certain mistakes by pointing out flooring problems, wall issues, home costs according to area, insurance issues according to area, etc. She was much more than someone just doing a job, she made sure she spoke on any problems that might arise in the future with any given home that we viewed. Her expertise helped get us the home we wanted most. I will definitely tell anyone that I know who's looking to purchase, or sell their property, to give her a chance. Dee was wonderful from start to finish. My house had been on the market for 3.5 months and only had one low offer with another realtor. I decided to give Dee a chance since she had some really great ideas on how to make my house more desirable to buyers. She knew the ins and outs of using the internet very effectively. My house never looked so good! Dee put the house back on the market and it was sold by 2 pm the first day for over the asking price.
